She advises and coaches frontline professionals, managers and executives. Guiding her clients on a journey of self-discovery, Tareaz helps them change the behaviors, attitudes and perceptions that prevent personal and professional growth.

Additionally, Tareaz has researched and ghostwritten hundreds of white papers, newsletter articles and marketing pieces about leadership, management, recruiting and retention, creating cultures of success, corporate and personal branding, client and employee engagement.

She is also a speaker who challenges audiences to consider what makes their personal brand unique and special, and how well it is aligned with business priorities. Tareaz's signature presentation, "B-R-A-N-D for Career Growth and Leadership Success" has helped thousands of participants perfect their story, build ambassadors and grow their leadership brand.

Tareaz earned a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Florida. The New Orleans native is a foodie who loves experimenting in the kitchen with her family.
